Question by Jess: Pilates instead of strength training with weights?
I am on a diet and excercise program and I have lost 10 pounds so far. I figure it?s time to add toning excercise because I don?t want to be thin and flabby. I am naturally muscular so I really don?t want anymore muscle mass so I can keep my feminine look. I know one option is lighter weights with higher reps, but I was wondering if pilates could be used in the place of the weight training?

Both work GREAT!!!!!!!
It depends on what you like to do. You can do both to switch it up a little.
I think pilates has transformed my body the way no other excercise has!!!!
